Our servers are unmanaged, and we currently do not offer an automated way to provision your server. You can install any OS using IPMI access, we offer access to our ISO repository as stated here.

Yes, we do. By, default we offer Best-Effort DDoS-filtering on all IPs. This filtering is able to block most common (D)DoS-attacks.
